Tartana Minerals Secures AU$1.275 Million Placement at Premium to Market
Tartana Minerals Limited (ASX: TAT) has secured AU$1.275 million in firm commitments for a placement priced at AU$0.05 per share, representing a 17% premium to the 15-day VWAP. The raise includes AU$1 million from a new investor and AU$0.275 million in director participation, with the director component subject to shareholder approval.
The placement structure includes two classes of options—one six-month option for every two shares and one two-year option for every share, both exercisable at AU$0.10. Approximately 20 million shares, 20 million two-year options, and 10 million six-month options will be issued, with options requiring future shareholder approval.
Funds will be allocated to working capital and the retirement of convertible note facilities. Managing Director Dr. Stephen Bartrop said the premium-priced raise, combined with recent financing initiatives, strengthens Tartana’s ability to advance its copper, zinc and gold projects across its Far North Queensland tenement portfolio (map shown on page 2).
