Lodestar Minerals Raises Capital to Accelerate Multi-Asset Exploration Strategy
Lodestar Minerals Limited (ASX: LSR) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$4.7 million through a private placement and director participation to support exploration activities across its diversified portfolio. The company will use the proceeds to advance copper projects in Chile, heavy rare earth exploration in the United States, and the Ned’s Creek Gold Project in Western Australia.
The capital raising received strong backing from existing and new sophisticated investors, reflecting confidence in Lodestar’s growth strategy. Exploration momentum continues at the Three Saints IOCG Project in Chile, where recent drilling identified visible copper sulphide mineralisation across significant intervals. Meanwhile, the company is preparing drilling at the Los Loros copper-gold project and progressing airborne geophysical surveys at the Virgin Mountain heavy rare earth project in Arizona. Additionally, Lodestar is advancing its Ned’s Creek Gold Project toward a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate, with a substantial drilling campaign already underway.
