With this transaction, Electrum is now fully integrated into MinRex, creating a more robust exploration company with assets spanning Serbia and Australia. The combined portfolio includes the Tlamino Gold Project in Serbia, known for its high-grade mineralisation, along with the Sofala Gold Project in New South Wales. Additionally, the Timok East Copper-Gold Project adds further exploration upside within a well-established mineral region.
