Norwood Secures AU$595,000 Contract Expansion for AI-Powered CogVoice Platform
Norwood Systems Limited (ASX: NOR) has secured an additional AU$595,000 (plus GST) in contract value through a variation to its existing CogVoice advanced voice services project with a Tier 1 Australian telecommunications operator. The expanded scope adds new enhancement works to the original agreement and supports ongoing platform modernisation activities currently underway with the customer.
The additional engagement will focus on solution refinement, implementation support and project delivery activities as the telecommunications operator continues upgrading its communications infrastructure. Management noted that the contract enhancement reflects the strategic importance of the project and highlights the continuing collaboration between Norwood and the customer as deployment progresses.
Norwood’s CogVoice platform leverages advanced artificial intelligence technologies to provide flexible next-generation voice services and communications capabilities for telecommunications operators. The Company believes the additional work strengthens its position as a trusted technology partner for major telecom providers while supporting future innovation opportunities in conversational and generative AI-powered communications solutions.
