Omnia Metals Raises AU$1.58 Million to Advance Exploration and U.S. Growth

Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX: OM1) has successfully raised AU$1.58 million through a strongly supported placement to sophisticated and professional investors at AU$0.02 per share, representing a 9% discount to the last closing price and a 2.5% discount to the 15-day VWAP. Participants will also receive two free options for every three shares, exercisable at AU$0.025 by March 2028.

Funds will accelerate exploration across Omnia’s Western Australian projects and progress its U.S. rare earth and precious metals acquisition initiatives, aligning with its strategy to diversify into critical minerals. Executive Chairman Patric Glovac said the capital raise provides flexibility to pursue growth opportunities and build a portfolio of assets supporting the global energy transition.

GTT Ventures Pty Ltd acted as Lead Manager and will receive 20 million options and a 6% management fee on funds raised.
