QX Resources Secures Final Licences and Advances Toward Drilling at Madaba Uranium Project
QX Resources Limited (ASX: QXR) has reported the grant of its remaining exploration licences at the Madaba Uranium Project in Tanzania, marking a key regulatory milestone ahead of planned exploration activities. The newly granted licences, PL 13743/2026 and PL 13847/2026, complete the tenure package, enabling the Company to progress toward a high-resolution heli-borne radiometric survey, with final documentation pending.
In parallel, environmental consultants have been formally engaged to commence Environmental Impact Assessment work, a critical step required to support drilling approvals. Upon completion and approval of the EIA, QX plans to initiate its maiden drilling program, targeting an early Q3 2026 commencement. The combined work programs are expected to refine uranium targets and validate exploration potential across the project area. Following a recently completed capital raising, the Company is well-funded to execute both the radiometric survey and initial drilling campaign, positioning it to systematically advance the Madaba project toward discovery and development.
