Saunders MD Resigns as FY25 Guidance Revised Amid Delays and Weather Impacts.

Saunders International Limited (ASX: SND) has announced the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Mark Benson, effective 31 December 2025, after a decade of leadership. Benson, who oversaw the company’s growth from 80 to over 500 employees, will remain available to support the leadership transition. The Board has begun the search for his successor and will update the market once appointed.

Saunders has revised its FY25 guidance due to project delays and adverse weather impacts. Revenue is now expected to be between AU$206 million and AU$216 million, down from the prior range of AU$210 million to AU$225 million. Adjusted EBITDA guidance has been reduced to AU$9 million to AU$10 million from AU$14 million to AU$16 million. Despite near-term challenges, strong tender activity valued at AU$1.5 billion and recent project wins support a medium-term recovery, especially in Defence and Resources sectors.
