AMA Group Limited (ASX: AMA) delivered an improved FY26 performance, supported by progress across its automotive repair and related businesses. Revenue and other income increased 2.5% to AU$1,039.1 million, while normalised pre-AASB 16 EBITDA climbed 8.6% to AU$68.0 million. The company also returned to profitability, generating statutory net profit after tax of AU$7.7 million compared with a AU$6.2 million loss in FY25.

AMA Collision benefited from higher repair volumes and improved earnings, while Specialist Businesses recorded solid growth as mechanical and ADAS capabilities expanded. ACM Parts also strengthened considerably, reflecting better operating efficiency and profitability.

The Group finished FY26 with net debt of AU$18.4 million. Improved financial performance also supported the return of shareholder distributions, with a fully franked dividend of 0.5 cents per share declared, the first since 2019. Looking ahead, AMA Group expects FY27 normalised pre-AASB 16 EBITDA between AU$75 million and AU$80 million.
