Prescient Therapeutics Limited (ASX: PTX) made substantial clinical and corporate progress during FY26, led by accelerating development of its lead oncology candidate, PTX-100. Enrolment in the Phase 2a trial for relapsed/refractory Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma increased from one patient at the beginning of FY26 to 26 patients by 30 June 2026, while the clinical network expanded to 12 active sites across Australia, the United States and Italy. Earlier Phase 1b data demonstrated a 43% overall response rate and 100% clinical benefit rate among seven evaluable patients, with a mean response duration of 12.4 months. The Company also secured European Medicines Agency Orphan Drug Designation for PTX-100 and raised approximately AU$9.8 million to support its development program. Prescient closed FY26 with AU$9.0 million in cash and term deposits, supported by an AU$4.3 million R&D tax incentive rebate. Looking ahead, international trial expansion, deeper mechanistic research with CSIRO and potential partnering opportunities could strengthen PTX-100’s development pathway and broader commercial proposition.
