Can Charter Hall’s Record Equity Inflows and Expanding Property Platform Sustain Earnings Growth?

Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) delivered a strong FY26 performance, supported by expanding funds under management, increased investment activity and growth across its earnings platform. Operating earnings rose to AU$488.1 million, while post-tax operating earnings per security increased 26.8% to 103.2 cents. Property Investment EBITDA advanced 17.0%, Development Investment EBITDA increased 51.5%, and Funds Management EBITDA grew 8.0%, reflecting broader platform momentum. Group FUM expanded by AU$10.0 billion to AU$94.3 billion, supported by record gross equity inflows of AU$6.7 billion and increased transaction activity. The Group maintained balance sheet gearing of 14.2% and approximately AU$1.0 billion of investment capacity. Looking ahead, Charter Hall expects FY27 post-tax OEPS of approximately 114.0 cents, representing 10.5% growth, while distribution per security is guided to increase 6% over FY26.
