Source: Kapitales Research
QuickFee Limited (ASX: QFE) delivered a significant profitability turnaround in FY26 after simplifying its operations through the US Pay Now divestment. Underlying revenue was broadly stable at AU$16.8 million, while EBTDA increased 58% to AU$3.8 million. Excluding the disposal gain, QuickFee achieved its first positive full-year NPAT of AU$3.7 million. The US Pay Now sale generated an AU$35.6 million profit and supported a AU$28.5 million capital return to shareholders.
Australian operations remained a key growth driver, with revenue rising 10% to AU$13.6 million, while the net interest margin strengthened to 15.3%. Management expects momentum in Australian finance and legal disbursement funding to continue, alongside potential US growth following integration with Aiwyn. QuickFee expects FY27 EBTDA of AU$4.5 million–AU$5.5 million. The company also proposed a final unfranked dividend of 0.5 cents per share, payable on 21 September 2026.
