Adisyn Advances Graphene Technology While Strengthening Commercial and Financial Position
Adisyn Ltd (ASX: AI1) reported significant progress during the June 2026 quarter, advancing its graphene technology for semiconductor and defence applications. The company achieved a key milestone by producing a continuous graphene layer through an industrial Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) process while operating within semiconductor-compatible temperature ranges.Independent verification confirmed the process is repeatable, paving the way for discussions with Tier 1 global semiconductor manufacturers and future wafer-scale production.
Beyond semiconductors, Adisyn expanded its defence technology portfolio by securing exclusive worldwide commercialisation rights for graphene-based radar signature reduction technology and signing an MoU with Israel-based Raval A.C.S. to co-develop graphene-enhanced drone components. Financially, the company completed a successful AU$14 million institutional placement, ended the quarter with AU$15.5 million in cash and remained debt free, providing a solid platform to accelerate research, commercial partnerships and product development.
