Adveritas Raises AU$8.5 million via Oversubscribed Institutional Placement to Support U.S. and Product Expansion

Adveritas Limited (ASX: AV1) has completed an oversubscribed institutional placement, raising approximately AU$ 8.5 million (before costs) by issuing 85 million new shares at AU$0.10 per share. The Placement received strong demand from both existing and new institutional investors. The issue price represents a 4.8% discount to the closing price of AU$ 0.105 on 17 June 2025 and a significant 67% premium to May 2024 raise at AU$ 0.06 per share.

Settlement is expected on 25 June 2025, with shares to be quoted on 26 June 2025 under the Company’s ASX Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity. The additional capital will support Adveritas’ strategic growth plans, including its expansion into the U.S. and e-commerce sectors, continued product development, and further integrations with affiliate platforms to enhance cross-selling. CEO Mathew Ratty expressed gratitude to shareholders, highlighting the strengthened cash position as key to achieving sustained operating profitability.
