Terra Metals Strengthens Leadership Team to Drive Dante Project Development
Terra Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Debra Bakker as Non-Executive Chair, alongside Jeff Quartermaine and Dr Jennifer Purdie as Non-Executive Directors. The appointments support the company's transition from an exploration-focused business to a project developer following the significant platinum group metals discovery at its wholly owned Dante Project in Western Australia. The newly appointed directors bring extensive expertise in mining operations, corporate governance, capital markets, engineering and project development, positioning the company to advance resource definition, economic assessments and future development activities. Existing Chairman Ian Middlemas and Director Ben Cleary have stepped down after playing key roles in the company's recapitalisation and acquisition of the Dante Project. Terra Metals has also appointed Mark Freeman as Company Secretary and announced a change in its registered office.
