ADX Energy Ltd: Quarterly Activities Report

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX: ADX) delivered a robust operational update for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, despite a 17% decline in average production to 251 BOEPD due to maintenance in the Vienna Basin Fields. Sales revenue rose 23% to AU$3.2 million, supported by stronger oil prices averaging US$69.07 per barrel. The company advanced multiple growth initiatives, securing land and permits for shallow gas drilling at HOCH, GOLD, and SCHOE prospects scheduled for early 2026, alongside preparations for the Welchau-1 flow test after environmental objections were overturned.

A key milestone was the purchase of the Anshof Permanent Production Facility, boosting capacity to 3,000 BPD and enhancing operational efficiency. ADX also reported significant progress in Upper Austria, identifying 374 BCF of gas and 31 MMBLs of oil in prospective resources. The quarter concluded with AU$4.0 million in cash and strategic planning for a potential dual listing on Oslo Børs’ Euronext Growth market.
