Terra Metals Intersects Massive Sulfides at Southwest, Confirming High-Grade Exploration Potential
Terra Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) has reported a significant exploration result at its Southwest project, with the first 2026 diamond drillhole intersecting multiple zones of massive sulfides at the SW6 target. Visual observations from hole SWDD011 confirm the presence of semi-massive to massive sulfide mineralization within a broader 320-meter mineralized zone, supporting the scale and continuity of the system. The intercept is located near a modelled downhole electromagnetic conductor, approximately 60 meters from a previously drilled high-grade zone that returned 31.1 grams per tonne PGE3, 1.31% nickel and 0.55% copper. The results validate the effectiveness of DHEM targeting in identifying higher-grade sulfide accumulations linked to feeder structures. Assays for the current hole are pending and expected within 8 to 12 weeks, representing a key near-term catalyst. Ongoing drilling and geophysical surveys are expected to further refine targets and support expansion of the mineralized system.
