Airtasker Expands US Growth Strategy with Strengthened iHeartMedia Partnership.

Airtasker Limited (ASX: ART) has deepened its strategic partnership with iHeartMedia, securing an additional US$5.0 million in media support to accelerate its expansion across the United States. This follows the success of their initial 2024 partnership, which helped Airtasker USA reach an AU$7.5 million GMV annualised run rate by June 2025. The renewed agreement includes a three-year issuer-convertible note with a 5% coupon, giving Airtasker flexible conversion or repayment options. Through iHeartMedia’s powerful platform—spanning 860 stations, the world’s top podcast network, and major cultural events—Airtasker aims to significantly amplify its US presence.

This move also forms part of Airtasker’s broader global media strategy, complementing partnerships with Televisa Univision, Sinclair, Channel 4, oOh!media and ARN. Alongside the expanded deal, iHeartMedia has cornerstoned an AU$10 million equity placement into Airtasker, strengthening confidence in the company’s long-term US growth trajectory.
