Tribeca Invests to Accelerate Cobres Ngami Copper Project Development.

Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE) has secured a strategic AU$4 million investment from Tribeca Investment Partners to accelerate development of the Ngami In-Situ Copper Recovery (ISCR) Project in Botswana’s Kalahari Copper Belt. The placement includes 40 million new shares at AU$0.10 each, along with a 1-for-1 option exercisable at AU$0.13, subject to shareholder approval. The funds will support well-field development and preparations for building an ISCR demonstration plant, pending environmental approvals. Tribeca will also act as a strategic advisor, guiding copper offtake and debt funding initiatives for the project.

Following an extensive due diligence process, Tribeca’s investment underscores strong confidence in Cobre’s management and assets. Cobre’s remaining Botswana projects continue progressing through funding partnerships with BHP and Sinomine. With favourable geology and a robust copper-silver resource, the Ngami project strengthens Cobre’s path toward becoming a future copper producer.
