Altitude Minerals Raises AU$2.5 million to Advance Exploration Pipeline

Altitude Minerals Limited (ASX: ATT) announced that at the time of writing it has completed a AU$2.5 million placement at 2.2 cents per share, supported by institutional, professional, and sophisticated investors. Participants will also receive one option for every two shares, exercisable at 3.4 cents until July 2027.

Proceeds will be used to acquire and advance the Firenze Silver and Gold Project in Nevada, USA, and to drill copper-gold porphyry targets at the Byrock Project in New South Wales. Funds will also support payments for the Rimfire Cowal tenements and provide working capital. The placement adds 114 million new shares and 80 million options in two tranches, with the second subject to shareholder approval. Managing Director Duncan Chessell said the strong backing reflects confidence in Altitude’s strategy of building a pipeline of high-quality exploration targets in strong jurisdictions.
