Market Alert : Global and Australian Tech Stocks Hit Hard by Growing AI Concerns

Apiam Animal Health Limited: Acquisition Scheme Approved

Approval has been granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales for the takeover of Apiam Animal Health Limited (ASX: AHX) by Pepper Bidco Pty Ltd and Pepper Holdco Limited, both of which are under Adamantem Capital's management. The acquisition, conducted through a scheme of arrangement, is set to become legally effective on 6 February 2026, with the quotation of Apiam shares to be suspended on the same day. Apiam operates over 80 veterinary clinic sites across Australia and employs more than 1,000 professionals. With a strong focus on delivering quality care for both animals and communities, Apiam continues to expand its services across regional and peri-urban areas. The court’s approval marks a significant step in the company’s journey as it transitions under new ownership. Further updates will follow once the scheme becomes effective and ASIC is notified
