Asara Resources Limited (ASX:AS1) has reported strong results from the first 16 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes at its flagship Kada Gold Project in Guinea, totalling 2,808 metres. The Phase 1 program at the Massan Mineral Resource Estimate area has confirmed high-grade mineralisation continuity and identified new zones at depth, enhancing confidence in the existing resource and supporting potential future upgrades. Key intersections include 52m at 1.7 g/t gold from surface (MSRC25-004b), 25m at 2.3 g/t from 145m (MSRC25-001b), and 61m at 1.3 g/t from surface (MSRC25-012).
Several holes also revealed deeper mineralisation, extending the down-dip envelope and opening the possibility of lateral growth. CEO Matt Sharples noted that this marks the first drilling program at Kada in two years, with results reinforcing the project’s growth trajectory despite rainy season challenges. Asara plans to accelerate exploration, with additional rigs being deployed ahead of an intensive campaign in the upcoming FY2026 dry season.
