Australian Dairy Nutritionals Seeks AU$3.5 Million via Shareholder Entitlement Offer.
Australian Dairy Nutritionals Limited (ASX: AHF) has unveiled plans to raise approximately AU$3.47 million through a pro-rata, non-renounceable entitlement offer, providing existing shareholders with the first opportunity to participate in the capital raising. The offer allows eligible investors to apply for one new fully paid ordinary share for every six shares held at a subscription price of AU$0.028 per share, with new shares ranking equally with those already on issue.
The pricing is broadly in line with recent market trading levels and reflects the company’s intention to balance funding requirements with shareholder value. Proceeds from the offer are expected to be allocated toward upgrading processing capabilities, supporting the execution of growth initiatives in the Chinese market and meeting general working capital needs. The entitlement offer also incorporates a top-up facility and a shortfall mechanism, enabling the company to manage demand efficiently. Overall, the capital raising is designed to strengthen the balance sheet and support the next phase of operational and commercial development through 2026.
