Bass Oil Reports Higher June Production as Growth Projects Gain Momentum
Bass Oil Limited (ASX: BAS) delivered a stronger operational performance in June 2026, driven by higher production across its Australian and Indonesian assets. Total group production increased by 3% month-on-month to approximately 6,746 barrels, while average daily output reached 225 barrels of oil per day. Net sales revenue for the month stood at AU$561,477. In the Cooper Basin, production improved despite weather-related transport disruptions affecting sales volumes. Meanwhile, Indonesian operations maintained stable output and drilling continued at the Bunian 6 development well, which is expected to significantly enhance production once operational. The company also advanced several strategic growth initiatives, including recommissioning work at the Vanessa gas field and ongoing studies for the Kiwi gas development. Encouraging results from reprocessed seismic data further strengthened exploration prospects. With multiple development projects progressing simultaneously, Bass Oil continues to position itself for future production growth and increased value creation for shareholders.
