Beacon Completes Sale of MacPhersons Reward Project to Forrestania

Beacon Minerals Limited (ASX: BCN) has completed the divestment of its MacPhersons Reward Project to Forrestania Resources Limited (ASX: FRS), following the satisfaction of all transaction conditions. The deal includes total consideration of AU$5 million in cash, comprising an AU$0.5 million deposit and AU$4.5 million on completion, along with 36 million Forrestania shares issued at AU$0.38 per share. 

The transaction provides Beacon with immediate liquidity while retaining indirect exposure to the asset through its equity holding in Forrestania. Management highlighted that the completion supports value creation for shareholders and enables the company to concentrate on its core production and growth assets, particularly the Lady Ida Project in Western Australia. The divestment marks a strategic step in streamlining Beacon’s portfolio and reallocating capital toward priority assets.
