BPH Global Limited (ASX: BP8) has secured a AU$1.0 million strategic investment through a placement of 500 million shares at AU$0.002 per share, to fund the next phase of its Indonesian seaweed trading operations. This new funding will allow BPH to scale its business, increase procurement and export activity, and drive higher-margin revenue streams. Notably, the company has reported record monthly sales results in Month 6 and the second-highest sales in Month 8, reflecting the growing demand for seaweed products across international markets. The company plans to invest AU$600,000 of the proceeds to increase trading volumes and expand operational throughput. The placement also includes free attaching options for investors, exercisable at AU$0.004, which will further strengthen BPH's financial position.
