Cavalier Confirms Gold Continuity at Miranda Target
Cavalier Resources Limited (ASX: CVR) has confirmed the continuity of gold mineralisation at its Miranda Target, located 1 km north-northwest of the planned Stage 1 Crawford pit. Recent reverse circulation (RC) drilling at the Miranda extensional target area returned positive intercepts, including 6m at 1.29g/t gold from 27m and 2m at 1.06g/t gold from 61m. These results, part of the company’s 4,647m near-mine extensional drill program, demonstrate gold mineralisation over a 100m strike of the larger 500m extensional corridor. The drill results support the geological model for continuity of gold mineralisation, highlighting the potential for further resource expansion. Cavalier intends to continue follow-up drilling, with an updated geological model for Crawford expected. The project remains on track for development, with a Native Title Agreement recently executed, paving the way for further exploration at Miranda and other regional targets throughout 2026.
