Critical Minerals Group Limited (ASX: CMG) has successfully raised AU$2 million through a single-tranche placement at AU$0.15 per share, including one-for-one attaching options exercisable at AU$0.205, expiring in approximately 2.5 years. The funds will be used to complete the Lindfield Vanadium Project’s Pre-Feasibility Study, advance to the Bankable Feasibility stage, and progress pilot plant testing and bulk sampling. Additionally, proceeds will support the development of a vanadium electrolyte facility in Logan, Queensland, and early-stage Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) deployments.
