CurveBeam AI Strengthens Growth Strategy with AU$6 Million Capital Raising
CurveBeam AI Limited (ASX: CVB) has secured commitments to raise AU$5 million through an institutional and related-party placement and has announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) targeting an additional AU$1 million. The placement, subject to shareholder approval, will issue new shares at AU$0.02 each, while eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand will be able to participate in the SPP at AU$0.018 per share. Director Arun Singh has also provided a AU$2.05 million unsecured loan to support ongoing operations until the placement is completed. The funds will be used to accelerate sales and marketing initiatives, enhance research and development, strengthen supply chain capabilities, support the planned launch of the HiRise™ system in China, and provide additional working capital. Management believes the capital raising will strengthen the company's financial position while enabling existing shareholders to participate in its long-term growth strategy.
