Medallion Metals Advances Teddy Bear as Key Gold Growth Asset at Forrestania
Medallion Metals Limited (ASX: MM8) has advanced the Teddy Bear deposit into a key component of its Forrestania Gold Project after confirming strong exploration potential through a comprehensive review of historical drilling and recent field work. The study identified widespread near-surface gold mineralisation extending beyond the former open pit, providing a solid foundation for future resource estimation and additional exploration. Recent drilling of a nearby historical stockpile also returned encouraging gold grades, supporting the company's assessment of near-term processing opportunities alongside longer-term resource expansion. Upcoming exploration will target resource definition, deeper extensions and additional drilling to enhance project value. Combined with the Ravensthorpe Gold Project, Forrestania is expected to become an important driver of Medallion's growth strategy, strengthening its pipeline of development opportunities and positioning the company to expand its gold inventory while progressing towards sustainable future production in Western Australia.
