Deep Yellow Limited: Quarterly Report for December 2025

Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: DYL) continues its progression towards becoming a top-tier uranium producer. During the December 2025 quarter, the company achieved notable progress across its major projects.

At the Tumas Project in Namibia, detailed engineering is over 60% complete, with bulk earthworks at 24%. Progress also includes a power supply agreement and water infrastructure planning. Exploration at Tinkas identified uranium mineralization up to 11 meters deep. Additionally, the Mulga Rock Project in Western Australia saw continued development, with studies supporting its potential as a major cash-flow generator.

The Alligator River Project also yielded promising results with uranium intercepts in core drilling. The uranium market showed volatility, but demand is expected to rise, particularly with increased nuclear energy adoption globally. As of December 31, 2025, Deep Yellow’s cash balance stood at AU$187.1 million, positioning it for further growth and exploration
