Eclipse Metals Raises AU$4 Million to Boost Greenland Rare Earths Project.

Eclipse Metals Limited (ASX: EPM) has secured firm commitments to raise $4 million through a placement to institutional, professional, and sophisticated investors. The funds will be used to accelerate the 2025 diamond drilling program, laboratory assays, and JORC-compliant resource upgrade at the Gronnedal–Ivigtut Rare Earth and Critical Minerals Project in South-West Greenland. Additionally, the capital will support technical, environmental, and regulatory studies in preparation for development licensing, as well as engagement with U.S. advisory teams to advance NASDAQ listing readiness and compliance.

This placement, conducted under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A, was strongly supported, highlighting investor confidence in Eclipse’s growth strategy.
