Xenitra Secures AU$12 million OTC Pharmaceutical Supply Agreement
Xenitra Limited (ASX: XEN) has taken a significant step in advancing its healthcare strategy by securing a three-year pharmaceutical procurement agreement with Hong Kong-based Kangsheng International Trading Limited. The partnership carries a minimum procurement commitment of AU$12 million over three years and will be fulfilled through Xenitra's recently acquired Fukang subsidiary. The agreement marks the company's first major commercial contract in its OTC pharmaceuticals division, supporting its broader strategy focused on OTC medicines, nutritionals, and the OPAL tokenised sales ecosystem. Initial purchase orders are expected once operational onboarding is completed.
The agreement provides Xenitra with immediate access to China's expanding healthcare market through Kangsheng's established omnichannel distribution network, which spans e-commerce platforms and retail pharmacies. Management believes the partnership strengthens the company's commercial foundation, complements its existing nutritionals business and OPAL platform, and creates multiple avenues for future growth. Under the agreement, Kangsheng will source pharmaceutical and health products from Fukang over the three-year term, while both companies aim to expand their collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region. Xenitra expects this milestone to accelerate the commercial rollout of its healthcare operations while supporting its long-term revenue diversification strategy.
