Elanor Terminates ECF Management Agreements Following Responsible Entity Change
Elanor Investors Group (ASX: ENN) has provided an update regarding the transition of investment and property management arrangements for the Elanor Commercial Property Fund, following an extraordinary general meeting of fund securityholders held on 30 January 2026. At the meeting, securityholders resolved to remove Elanor Funds Management Limited as Responsible Entity and appoint Evolution Trustees Limited in its place. Following the change of Responsible Entity without Elanor’s consent, the Group has terminated the fund’s investment management and property management agreements in accordance with its contractual rights. Elanor will receive a reduced compensation payment of AU$8.5 million under the agreement, payable by the fund, in connection with termination provisions triggered by the Responsible Entity change. The Company advised that it will continue to work towards an orderly handover of the fund’s management arrangements.
