Elementos Raises AU$29.5 Million to Advance Tin Growth Strategy.
Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) has secured approximately AU$29.5 million through a strategic placement to L1 Capital, reinforcing institutional backing for its tin development portfolio. The shares were issued at AU$0.34 each, resulting in L1 Capital acquiring close to a 20% stake in the company following completion of the transaction.
The capital injection is intended to fast-track development of the Oropesa Tin Project in Spain as it progresses toward a Final Investment Decision and structured project financing. Additional funding will support investment in the Robledollano Tin Smelter in Iberia, further assessment of restarting the Cleveland Tin Project in Tasmania, and general working capital requirements.
Management views the placement as a significant milestone that strengthens the company’s financial position and enhances flexibility during the next phase of growth. With global tin demand increasing due to electrification, renewable energy expansion, and advanced manufacturing, Elementos aims to position itself as a strategic, long-term supplier across key international markets.
