Emu NL Strengthens Board with Appointment of Ian Davies as Non-Executive Director.

Emu NL (ASX: EMU) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ian Davies as a Non-Executive Director, effective 3 October. Mr Davies brings a wealth of experience from his leadership roles in the energy sector, most notably as former Managing Director and CEO of Senex Energy Limited and Chair of the Australian Energy Producers Board. His strategic leadership at Senex saw the company transform from a micro-cap explorer into a major east coast energy producer, including overseeing an AU$1 billion Surat Basin expansion that delivered regional jobs and secured critical domestic gas supply.

With a career spanning senior executive roles at Queensland Gas Company, BG Group, and prior experience in investment banking and corporate tax advisory, Mr Davies has played a pivotal role in advancing Australia’s energy landscape. In addition, he has extensive investment experience in gold and copper businesses. His appointment adds significant strategic and financial expertise to Emu NL’s board.
