EQ Resources Delivers Record Quarterly Sales Amid Strong Tungsten Market
EQ Resources Limited (ASX: EQR) reported a strong operational and financial update for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, supported by favourable tungsten prices and improved mining performance. The company achieved its highest quarterly production at the Mt Carbine operation in over two years, driven by increased ore mining and record material movement as access to higher-grade zones improved. Although production at the Barruecopardo mine was temporarily impacted by severe flooding, dewatering activities have restored access to a significant ore inventory, positioning the operation for improved output in the coming quarters. Financial performance strengthened considerably, with record quarterly sales, a substantial increase in cash reserves and higher receivables reflecting robust demand and elevated tungsten prices. Despite lower annual production compared to the previous year, strong pricing and sales growth significantly enhanced revenue generation.
