Frontier Digital Ventures Adopts USD as Reporting Currency to Better Reflect Global Operations
Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (ASX: FDV) has announced that it will adopt the United States Dollar (USD) as its reporting currency, effective from 1 January 2026. The decision reflects the company's growing international operations, with most revenues, expenses, cash flows, and cross-border investments already linked to USD-based markets. By aligning its financial reporting with the currency that best represents its business activities, the company aims to provide investors with a clearer view of its underlying financial performance. The transition will be implemented retrospectively in accordance with applicable accounting standards, meaning prior comparative financial statements will also be restated in USD. Updated historical figures will be included in both the half-year report for the period ending 30 June 2026 and the annual report for the year ending 31 December 2026. Management believes the reporting change will improve financial transparency and enhance the consistency of reporting across its global portfolio.
