Victory Metals Limited Advances Offtake Process with Rare Earth Concentrate Dispatch
Victory Metals Limited (ASX: VTM) has achieved another important milestone at its North Stanmore Heavy Rare Earth Project by successfully producing heavy rare earth concentrate from its Perth pilot plant and shipping samples to prospective offtake partners in Australia, Japan and the United States. The pilot processing facility has consistently maintained uninterrupted operations while generating a high-grade concentrate containing valuable heavy rare earth elements, including dysprosium, terbium and yttrium. Independent evaluation by potential customers represents a key commercial step towards securing future supply agreements while strengthening Victory’s position as a potential non-Chinese supplier of strategic rare earth materials.
The company also announced progress on its Pre-Feasibility Study after identifying that significant material previously classified as saprock is actually metallurgically favourable saprolite. This revised geological interpretation is expected to expand the potential ore reserve and improve project economics, prompting Victory to extend completion of the study to August 2026. The revised approach is designed to maximise the project's long-term economic potential while advancing one of Australia's most significant indicated clay-hosted heavy rare earth deposits.
