ETM Provides Update on Shenghe Top-Up Right and ASX Waiver

Energy Transition Minerals Limited (ASX: ETM) has provided an update regarding the Top-Up Right previously granted to Le Shan Shenghe Rare Earth Company Limited (Shenghe) under the 2016 Subscription Agreement. Following a strategic review, ETM believes that the Top-Up Right has lapsed and is no longer valid, as the strategic relationship with Shenghe has ceased or effectively ceased. The company plans to engage with the ASX to confirm the status of the ASX Waiver, granted in 2016, and clarify whether it still applies under the current circumstances. The strategic relationship originally focused on the Kvanefjeld Rare Earth Project in Greenland and included technical cooperation and downstream processing collaboration. However, as the project has moved into the public hearing phase, Shenghe’s technical involvement ended, and ETM has diversified its focus, including lithium and tin-tantalum acquisitions.
