FIN Resources to Begin Maiden Drilling at Cabin Lake Gold Project.
FIN Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) is set to commence its 1,500m maiden drilling program at the Cabin Lake Gold Project in Canada’s Northwest Territories. The program will focus on validating previous high-grade drilling results, such as 31.4m at 13.8 g/t Au from 17.5m. Aurora Geosciences has been appointed to oversee the winter drilling operations, which are scheduled to start in March, following the construction of an ice road in early February.
The drilling will use oriented diamond core and downhole geophysics to refine structural models and explore greenfields targets in the Bugow Iron Formation. The data collected will support future resource delineation. With the acquisition expected to be completed by late February, FIN Resources is progressing toward advancing the project and unlocking its exploration potential.
