HighCom Limited Raises AU$7 Million via Placement and Launches Share Purchase Plan.
HighCom Limited (ASX: HCL) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$7.0 million through a placement of around 35 million shares at AU$0.20 per share. The placement will be completed in two tranches, with Tranche 1 raising AU$5.1 million and Tranche 2 pending shareholder approval. Directors will also participate in the placement, subject to approval. Additionally, HighCom is offering existing eligible shareholders the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), aiming to raise up to a further AU$1 million. The proceeds from the capital raise will support sales growth, product development, and manufacturing upgrades, reinforcing the company's position in the market for high-performance protective wear. The placement will help fund expansion into H2 FY26 and capitalize on the growing demand for the company’s products across sectors such as military, policing, and border security.
