Hot Chili Secures Funding to Accelerate Costa Fuego Development in Chile
Hot Chili Limited (ASX: HCH) has arranged a private placement raising AU$ 40 million to accelerate growth and development activities at its Costa Fuego copper-gold project in coastal Chile, including the integration of the La Verde discovery into an expanded feasibility pathway. The placement generated strong interest from domestic and international institutional investors (Australia, Canada, and offshore), as well as support from major shareholders. Proceeds are expected to fund accelerated drilling at La Verde to grow the Mineral Resource base and define potential higher-grade starter pit options, alongside commencement of the Costa Fuego feasibility study and updated open pit my scheduling. Hot Chili also plans to progress permitting by preparing an Environmental Impact Assessment, targeted for submission in late 2026, while maintaining funding flexibility to support ongoing strategic partnering processes. The strengthened treasury positions the Company to advance key development milestones through 2026 in a supportive copper and gold price environment.
