Koonenberry Gold Launches 10,000m Phase II Drilling at Enmore Gold Project, NSW

Koonenberry Gold Limited (ASX: KNB) has commenced an 10,000-metre Phase II drilling campaign at its Enmore Gold Project in northeast New South Wales, with crews now mobilised to site. The program aims to extend mineralisation at the Sunnyside prospect, focusing on up-dip, down-dip, and eastern strike extensions following strong Phase I results, including standout intercepts such as 170m at 1.75g/t Au and 18.3m at 9.95g/t Au.

The campaign will also undertake discovery drilling along the 2km Sunnyside Shear Zone, where four high-priority targets have been identified, potentially indicating repetitions of the mineralised system. Supported by a solid cash position of AU$8.7 million, Koonenberry Gold Limited is well-funded to advance this significant exploration phase. Managing Director Dan Power highlighted the project’s potential for a substantial standalone gold system, showcasing its impressive scale, grade, and exploration upside as the company continues to build on its emerging gold discovery.
