Leadership Transition at Adrad Holdings Limited.

Adrad Holdings Limited (ASX: AHL) has announced key board and management changes, marking an essential phase in its corporate leadership. Chairman Mr Glenn Davis has resigned as a Director of the Company after years of valuable service, with the Board expressing gratitude for his significant contributions and extending best wishes for his future endeavors.

Effective immediately, Mr Paul Proctor, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 28 July 2025, will now take on the role of Managing Director, aligning leadership responsibilities to support Adrad’s long-term growth strategy. In addition, Mr Donald McGurk will assume the position of Chairman of the Company, strengthening governance and board leadership.
