Lightning Minerals Initiates Leadership Transition While Maintaining Exploration Focus
Lightning Minerals Ltd (ASX: L1M) has commenced a leadership transition process following formal notice from its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Alex Biggs, under the terms of his employment agreement. Mr Biggs is expected to continue in the role during the transition period as the Board appoints a new CEO, ensuring operational continuity. During this period, the Company will remain focused on advancing its wholly owned Mt Turner Gold Project in Queensland, where drilling completed to date has outlined a large-scale mineralised system. The Company is well advanced in preparing for the next phase of exploration, with the Phase 2 drilling program fully funded.
