Litchfield Minerals Limited (ASX: LMS), focused on critical minerals exploration, has encountered delays in receiving drilling assay results due to unforeseen logistics and laboratory setbacks. While drill samples were collected promptly post-program, a two-week delivery delay occurred due to issues with the transport company. Further compounding the delay, the South Australian lab reported equipment problems, prompting a redirection of samples to their Perth facility. Results are now expected approximately two weeks after arrival in Perth, on May 16. Despite these uncontrollable delays, the company maintains confidence in the drilling program's integrity and appreciates shareholder patience.
In compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14, Litchfield has also changed its registered office to Suite 5, Level 12, 10 Market St, Brisbane City, QLD 4000, effective immediately. Email communications remain unchanged. The update has been approved by the Board of Directors.
