The Board has appointed Mr Keith Mayes as Managing Director, marking a shift toward a more delivery-focused leadership structure as the Company progresses the Montezuma Silver and Antimony Project. Mr Mayes brings extensive experience in mining operations, project development, and corporate leadership, which is expected to support disciplined advancement of priority assets while maintaining momentum across the broader tenement portfolio.
As part of the transition, co-founder Mr Ted Leschke has stepped down from the Managing Director role to assume the position of Executive Director – Exploration. This move allows Mr Leschke to concentrate fully on exploration strategy, discovery, and portfolio growth, ensuring technical continuity across assets.
