McLaren Minerals Limited (ASX: MML) has successfully completed its fully underwritten 1-for-1 pro-rata non-renounceable Entitlement Offer, raising AU$3.6 million to support ongoing work at the McLaren Project. The offer attracted strong investor interest, receiving AU$4.2 million in applications and closing oversubscribed, with a scaleback applied to shortfall requests. Managed and underwritten by Leeuwin Wealth, the raise significantly boosts the company’s balance sheet and underpins its transition into the next phase following its recent JORC resource upgrade.
Proceeds will be allocated to advancing feasibility studies and exploration activities at the McLaren Project, further strengthening development momentum. Participants received new shares at AU$0.018 each, along with attaching short- and long-term options designed to inject additional funding upon exercise. With nearly 199 million new shares and options taken up by existing shareholders, the strong response reflects growing confidence in McLaren’s strategy to develop a key mineral sands asset in Western Australia.
