Motio Limited (ASX: MXO) has successfully raised AU$1.73 million through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, demonstrating strong market confidence in its growth strategy. The funds will primarily support the accelerated rollout of its digital display network, early repayment of remaining debt to oOh!media Limited—making the company debt-free—and the enhancement of AI-driven marketing automation for its local sales initiatives.

Priced at AU$0.05 per share, representing a 2.5% premium to the 30-day VWAP, the placement includes one-for-one attaching options exercisable at AU$0.10. Motio’s CEO, Adam Cadwallader, highlighted that the additional capital will fast-track expansion into new locations, driving increased revenue potential by FY27. Post-raise, Motio will have approximately 316.6 million shares on issue. The move positions the company for sustainable medium-term growth, improved profitability, and stronger free cash flow generation.
