My Rewards International Limited (ASX: MRI) has successfully completed the acquisition of Fly Wallet Pty Ltd, a company specialising in white-label loyalty and rewards wallet programs. Fly Wallet, an AFSL license holder and Principal Member of Mastercard, offers secure, multicurrency card and wallet solutions that enhance global loyalty programs for businesses and consumers. The acquisition, valued at AU$785,000, involves a mix of shares and cash payments scheduled through January 2026. This strategic move strengthens My Rewards' service offering in loyalty technology, rewards, customer experience, and digital marketing. Importantly, the acquisition does not involve changes to MRI’s Board of Directors. The transaction was independently valued and structured to align with corporate governance standards, ensuring no related party conflicts
